Word of mouth / testimonials / reviews / “word on the street” – will generally play a big part in how well your business progresses. We all know this… and of course,  Google knows this too. Google wants to give people the best possible search results – so of course they put a lot of weight on their own Review system when it comes to rankings on  Google Business Profile , formerly known as Google My Business. You’ve probably done this yourself – Google something, check out the suggested Google Business Profiles, and make your choice based purely on who has the best reviews. As you’ll see above, my local listing has 55 reviews, and an average of 5.0.  So people feel pretty safe selecting me.
